The project was about managing the procurement process and implementation of engineering services for obtaining an operating permit for the construction of public infrastructure in the municipal detailed spatial plan Planina - South in the Municipality of Kranj.

The scope of work was divided into:
- Management of the procurement procedure for the construction of public infrastructure in the area OLN Planina - South of the Municipality of Kranj in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (ZJN-1-UPB1), Ur.l. RS, No. 36/04.
- Implementation of engineering services to obtain an operating permit for the construction of public infrastructure in the area OLN Planina - South in the Municipality of Kranj.
