The analysis of the economic development of Municipality of Koper was created in the context of the project "Analysis of spatial and economic development in the Municipality of Koper in the area of urban design for the city of Koper with its suburban settlements Bonifika, Semedela, Zusterna, Markovec, Prada, Bertoki, Luka".

Together with the Municipality of Koper, mediums for spatial development in the area were established. Mediums were divided into large units, secondary units and other activities. Based on the returned questionnaires, we set baselines and targets for the municipal spatial development, which relate to the business development and its location, the production characteristics and regional factors that affect development.
